- Sean Ramsden
- Managing Director
Sean joined Ramsden International directly after graduating from Cambridge University in 1994. Subsequent to being appointed as Managing Director in 1996, Sean has been named Business Person of the Year 2004, Young Exporter of the Year 2004 and International Businessman of the Year 2005. He was also a finalist in the 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year. Sean has overseen Ramsden International’s growth from £2m to nearly £25m during the last 14 years.
- Martin Tabbitt
- Operations Director
Martin joined Ramsden International in January 2006, following many years experience in supply chain, distribution and manufacturing operations management. He is responsible for Customer Services, Operations, Quality and Logistics in Ramsden International, along with key supplier relationships.
- Daryn Brookes
- Finance Director
Daryn joined Ramsden International in April 2008. Daryn is responsible for the company’s financial accounts and management reporting, as well as treasury and credit control.
- Philip Evans
- Strategy & Business Development Director
Philip is responsible for research, strategy and major business development projects. He joined Ramsden International in September 2009.
- David Griffiths
- Administration Manager
David joined Ramsden International in January 2008. David is responsible for product data, supplier transactions, export documentation and customs administration.
- Mike Leaning
- Information Systems Manager
Mike joined Ramsden International in 1990 from an IT/shipping background, and has played an integral part in the company’s development. He is now responsible for the company’s IT and communication infrastructure.
- Lilliana Golob
- Marketing Manager
Lilliana joined the team in January 2007 and is responsible for the complete marketing mix. In addition to a business degree from a well respected university in Canada, she has many years B2B marketing experience.
- Cleve Meyerhoff
- Reprocessing Unit Manager
With years of experience in production, Cleve joined Ramsden International in February 2009. He is responsible for day to day operation of the reprocessing centre.
- Paul Blackbourn
- Accountant
Paul joined Ramsden International in October 2009 as the company’s accountant. He worked in finance for NHS and the steel industry.
- Paul Allen
- IT Executive
Paul Joined Ramsden International in December 2008 from an Information Technology background. His last 5 years were spent at a large Food Cold Storage and Distribution Company. During those years Paul has gained many qualifications and accreditations including varying Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), Citrix, Kewill & MQ EDI, to name but a few. Paul assists Mike Leaning with all aspects of IT.
- Samantha Hughes Jones
- Operations Executive
Samantha joined Ramsden International in July 2007 and is responsible for Logistics and Customer Service Management. She was promoted in May 2009 having previously being involved in the processing and administration of orders from Andalucia, Portugal and Latin America. Sam has a degree in Hispanic Studies and she also worked in Spain for 7 years.

Laura joined Ramsden International in July 2009 from a marketing and design background with experience in working with online projects.
- Tracey Norman
- Accounts Assistant
Tracey joined Ramsden International in July 2003. Previously Tracey worked with the administration team, she now assists Paul in accounts.
- Eloise Peart
- Product Data Administration Assistant
Eloise joined Ramsden International in March 2008 after working for 3 years at Tesco in customer services. She assists with gathering, collating and updating our product database.
- Sian Dealtry
- Product Data Administration Assistant
After gaining experience in many administration roles, and gaining an NVQ Level 2 in Business & Administration in December 2007, Sian joined Ramsden International in January 2009. She will assist with keeping the product database up to date.
- Wayne Helmsley

Wayne assists Cleve in the reprocessing centre. He joined Ramsden International in 2009.

Chris joined Ramsden International in 2009, assisting Cleve in the reprocessing centre.
- Kelvin Spate
- Reprocessing Operative
Kelvin joined Ramsden International in 2009 to assist Cleve in the reprocessing centre.
- Samah Amin
- Administration Assistant
Samah joined Ramsden International in 2009 and assists with the everyday administration of the reprocessing centre.
- Doreen Bridge
- Reprocessing Operative
In February 2010 Doreen joined the Ramsden International team. Doreen is based at the reprocessing facility. Doreen helps to scan for ingredients which may not comply with import regulations or cultural considerations.
- Kelly Reeson
- Reprocessing Operative
Based at the reprocessing facility Kelly is responsible for scanning products for ingredients that do not comply with import regulations. Kelly also assists in checking product expiry dates. Kelly joined Ramsden International in February 2010.
