We’d like to thank you, our customers, for your continued patience, support and understanding as we work through these changes. As the UK settles into week four of a national lockdown, we’re finding the initial difficulties we faced are improving every day.

You can be assured that we’re successfully working very closely with our suppliers to best manage this ever-changing situation. Our reprocessing facility remains fully functional, while we monitor daily developments to ensure the smooth running of our supply chain.
