Ordering

In April 2019, we relaunched our website with a brand-new, modern look and feel. It now incorporates a lot more information and insights you will find useful throughout the order process, along with a direct login to our online order capture system, ROCS.

We wanted to develop an easy to navigate and multilingual platform that is as self-sufficient as possible for you, our customer. The new website allows both our customers and suppliers to easily access information and order products - all in one place.

For seasonal and promotional products, we ask that you place your order using our dynamic order form. Each order form can be found under the relevant ‘product range’ page, on our website. For example, if you’d like to place an order from our Christmas brochure, you can download the order form by visiting www.ramsden-international.co.uk > Product Range > Seasonal > Christmas – and the order form will be available to download on that page, at the click of a button.

We also include the link to download your order form in all digital communications (emails), that are sent out about that range along with the digital brochure.

We have an innovative online order system called ROCS (Ramsden Order Capture System) that you can use to view our extensive range and place all standard orders. You can log in to ROCS here.

Everyday: 200 cases (product codes begin with 1)
Chill
: 30 cases (product codes begin with 3)
Freeze
: 30 cases (product codes begin with 2)
Speciality
: £400 (product codes begin with 4)

: £400 (product codes begin with A)

Delivery

Every delivery time is different, depending on: the type of products you’ve ordered, the size of your order and which transport method you’ve chosen. We ensure that your delivery arrives with you as quickly and effectively as possible, making sure that the quality isn’t compromised.
